Made-to-Measure Creations
All creations offered by Laure By Laure Siassia are exclusively made to measure and crafted according to each client's individual requirements.
Please note that customer-supplied fabrics and external garment designs are not accepted.
Production Time
The average production time is approximately one month, unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.
Shipping
The average delivery time is approximately one month.
Laure By Laure Siassia offers international shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the production of the garment has begun. Once production has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Returns & Refunds
As every garment is custom-made and personalized, made-to-measure creations cannot be returned or refunded.
However, should a garment present a manufacturing defect attributable to Laure By Laure Siassia, an appropriate solution will be offered after the issue has been assessed.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
